This area of expertise supports care entrepreneurs with quality assurance and compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Learning & Development facilitates training programmes and knowledge sharing for and by care entrepreneurs.

Finance provides guidance and advice on financial management issues.

The Marketing & Communications department is responsible for the external visibility of the franchise concepts, supporting care entrepreneurs with their local marketing, and managing internal communications between DDN and franchisees.

Internal staff is the primary point of contact for visitors and provides secretarial, organizational, and back-office support.

The International Expansion team is responsible for rolling out our franchise concepts outside the Netherlands.
