We also work with Whello to find prospective care entrepreneurs. Whello does this by running targeted advertising campaigns through search engines and social media. Does DDN collect personal information?
DDN does not collect personal data from people who require care. Responsibility for collecting this data lies with the care entrepreneurs operating within the different franchise concepts.
DDN does collect personal data from the following categories of people:
- People who register for information sessions about care entrepreneurship within the different franchise concepts.
- Candidates interested in becoming care entrepreneurs within the different franchise concepts.
- People who download information about care entrepreneurship.
This data is collected only with the explicit consent of the individuals concerned, for example when they agree to this privacy statement while completing a form on the website. The personal data collected is used exclusively to:
- Process registrations and requests and provide the individuals concerned with the information they have requested.
- Improve DDN's services.
The data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless legal or operational reasons require a longer retention period. All data is handled securely and confidentially, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). DDN does not share this information with third parties.
Applicants
Personal data belonging to applicants who apply for a position at DDN or with a local care entrepreneur is handled with the utmost care. If you are not offered employment, the personal data and CV you submitted will be deleted within four weeks after the recruitment process has ended. An exception applies if we agree that you would like to be kept informed about future vacancies. In that case, we will retain your data for a maximum of one year.
Security
Our websites are built, maintained and hosted by professional service providers who may therefore have access to your personal information. These parties are contractually required to follow the same standards and principles that we apply when handling your data. All our systems also comply with applicable security requirements.
Updates to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement by publishing a new version on this website.
