De Drie Notenboomen BV
De Drie Notenboomen is a private limited company (BV). It is not a healthcare provider within the scope of the Dutch Wkkgz (Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act). The individual franchisees, however, are. They are directly responsible for the quality of care and well-being of their residents. As the franchisor, De Drie Notenboomen is responsible for the quality of the franchise organisation and the care concepts.
Stichting Onroerend Goed DDN
Since 1 January 2020, all rental income and cash flows have been processed through the Stichting Onroerend Goed DDN (SOG DDN). This ensures that real estate management—along with all income and expenditure—remains as transparent and straightforward as possible.
The foundation has a Board of Delegates. This is a consultative and advisory body comprising representatives from the franchise associations of the Thomashuizen and De Herbergier care homes. All staff members involved in real estate management, property maintenance, and development are employed directly by SOG DDN.
